Installation:
1) Make rifle safe
2) Field strip upper
3) Remove upper handguard
4) Slip threaded plate between
barrel and lower handguard
5) Align holes on threaded plate to
center of handguard holes
6) Fasten screws through UHR and
into threaded plate.
